I am not a fan of bright colors, especially neon, but I have a space in my heart for citron. So when I saw this outfit in Banana Republic, I knew I could rock it. Maybe it's being a kid in the early 90's but I also have always loved turtlenecks and tucking them into things and layering over them. I love a good cozy turtleneck sweater when tucked into a skirt (as can been seen in this previous post) and these multi-strap heels? Stunners. I cant wait to wear this for church and work festivities!
